How Is It Made?
Engineered for performance and durability, LP® SolidStart® LVL is manufactured from ultrasonically graded veneers bonded with exterior-grade adhesives. Knots and defects are dispersed randomly during this process, while moisture levels are reduced, stabilized and made uniform. The result is an engineered wood lumber that is stronger and more consistent than typical grades of sawn lumber.
