LP’s intense focus on safety has yielded steadily improving results over the last ten years. Our goal is always Zero Injuries. Each year, we set aggressive targets for improvements. In 2010, for the fifth year in a row, the company had a TIR of less than 0.67. As of the end of the second quarter of 2011, we had achieved an even lower year-to-date TIR of 0.32.
