Jason Ringblom

Chief Executive Officer

Jason Ringblom joined LP in 2004 and has held a range of senior leadership roles across the organization, including Regional Sales Director, Vice President of OSB Sales & Marketing, and Executive Vice President and General Manager of the OSB and Siding divisions. He became President in 2025, leading all global manufacturing and commercial operations, and in February 2026 was named the company’s sixth Chief Executive Officer and appointed to the Board of Directors. As CEO, Ringblom is responsible for all aspects of LP’s business, operations, and governance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Forest Products Marketing and Business Management from the University of Minnesota.

Alan Haughie

Executive Vice President,

Chief Financial Officer

Alan Haughie joined LP in January 2019 as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A chartered accountant, Haughie began his career in 1989 with Ernst & Young where he held various audit roles. In 1994, he transitioned to Federal-Mogul Corporation, serving in various roles, including Senior Vice President and CFO; Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer; and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis. Prior to LP, Haughie held positions as Senior Vice President and CFO for ServiceMaster from 2013 to 2017. He earned a bachelor’s degree with honors in Mathematics from the University of Manchester.

Nicole Daniel

Senior Vice President,

General Counsel and Corporate Secretary

Nicole Daniel joined LP in 2019 as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. Daniel began her career with Woods Rogers PLC as an Associate before joining Hunton & Williams LLP in the same role. In 2002, she became Vice President, Chief Compliance Officer and Deputy General Counsel at Albemarle Corporation. In 2013, Daniel took her talents to OCI Enterprises, Inc. and served as Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary before joining Ciner Resources LP in 2015 as the Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary. She received a bachelor’s degree in Government from the College of William & Mary and a J.D. from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.

Gabriel Farias

Senior Vice President,

General Manager of LP South America

Gabriel Farias joined LP in 2023 as Vice President of OSB Manufacturing and was appointed General Manager of LP South America in 2026, where he oversees all aspects of the company’s South American operations. Prior to LP, he built a diverse manufacturing career across the steel and building products industries, holding leadership roles at Armstrong Flooring and Armstrong World Industries. At Armstrong World Industries, he led the technical organization responsible for innovation, new product development, and manufacturing business support. Farias holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronic and Automation Engineering from Universidad Técnica Federico Santa María in Chile and has completed executive education programs at The Wharton School, Chicago Booth, and Rutgers University.

Tony Hamill

Senior Vice President,

Chief Operating Officer

Tony Hamill was appointed Senior Vice President, Chief Operating Officer in 2025. A registered professional engineer, Hamill joined LP in 2013 as a Regional Engineering Manager and has since held several leadership roles, including Vice President of Engineering and Vice President of Siding Manufacturing. Before joining LP, he held progressively senior positions at Stantec, a global engineering firm, and Michelin, the second-largest tire manufacturer in the world. Hamill holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of New Brunswick.

Craig Sichling

Senior Vice President,

Chief Commercial Officer

Craig Sichling joined LP in 2001 and has held key leadership roles, including General Sales Manager, National Sales Manager, and Vice President of Specialty Sales & Marketing. In 2025, he was appointed Chief Commercial Officer. Before LP, he served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Focal Point. He holds a bachelor's degree from SUNY Oneonta and is a graduate of the Scarlett Leadership Institute.

Kaycee Casteel

Vice President,

Human Resources

Kaycee Casteel joined LP in 2018 and progressed through a series of HR leadership roles, including Talent Acquisition Coordinator, HR Generalist, Corporate HR Business Partner, Corporate HR Director, OSB HR Director, and HR Director for Commercial, Corporate, and Strategic HR Functions. In 2026, she was appointed Vice President of Human Resources, where she oversees all HR functions, including workforce strategy, compliance, and talent management across recruitment, retention, and succession planning. Casteel holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Tennessee Tech University.

Aaron Howald

Corporate Development

Aaron Howald joined LP in 2011 as the Lean Six Sigma Manager and quickly advanced through a series of leadership roles. Over the years, he has served as Director of Continuous Improvement, Strategic Analytics, and Investor Relations, before being appointed Vice President of Investor Relations and Business Development. In 2024, his responsibilities expanded to include Financial Planning & Analysis. Prior to his tenure at LP, Howald honed his expertise at Thomas Group, a management consulting firm, and Hillenbrand Industries. He holds an MBA from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from Franklin College.

Cody Austell

Vice President, Supply Chain & Customer Experience

Cody Austell joined LP in 2017 as a Supply Chain Analyst and progressed through a series of leadership roles, including Senior Inside Sales Account Manager, National Customer Experience Manager, Siding Pricing Manager, and Director of Siding Supply Chain Planning & Customer Experience. In 2025, he was appointed Vice President of Supply Chain & Customer Experience, where he oversees logistics, supply chain planning, customer experience, and sales and marketing enablement functions. Prior to LP, Austell held various roles in finance and operations at Optum/UnitedHealthcare and United States Gypsum Corporation. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Tennessee and an MBA from Lipscomb University.

Libby Berman

Vice President, Chief Tax Officer

Libby Berman joined LP in 2018 in the role of Chief Tax Officer, taking ownership of all LP’s global tax functions. In 2023, she was promoted to Vice President, Chief Tax Officer. Berman is responsible for the company’s tax strategy and reporting obligations for the complex and ever-evolving global tax regulatory environment. She began her career at PwC, rising to the level of Tax Director, before joining Elektra as Vice President of Global Taxation. Berman earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and a master’s degree in Taxation from the University of Georgia.

Lynn Cobb

Vice President, Marketing

Lynn Cobb joined LP in 2025 as Vice President, Marketing. She began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent 16 years advancing through leadership roles in IT, sales, marketing, and brand management, ultimately serving as Marketing Director for one of the company’s healthcare services brands. She later held senior positions at Agilent Technologies, DuPont, Ropes Wealth Advisory (formerly Adviser Investments), and most recently MasterBrand Inc., where she served as Vice President of Customer Experience. Cobb holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences and an MBA from Bowling Green State University.

Leslie Davis

Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer

Leslie Davis joined LP in 2020 as Assistant Controller and was promoted to Senior Director of Internal Audit the following year. In 2024, she was appointed Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer. Before her tenure at LP, she held significant positions at EY and KPMG, where she honed her skills in financial management and reporting. A Certified Public Accountant, Davis holds a Master of Accounting and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Kentucky.

Bob Hopkins

Vice President,

Treasurer

Bob Hopkins joined LP in 2006 as Treasury Manager and was promoted to Assistant Treasurer in 2012, Treasurer in 2019, and Vice President, Treasurer in 2023. In addition to his treasury work for the company, he served as Treasurer of the LP Foundation for many years. Prior to joining LP, Hopkins worked for Longaberger, a family-owned home interior products company, and Limited Brands (now called Bath & Body Works, Inc.). He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Ohio State University.

Jack Johnson

Vice President, Manufacturing

Jack Johnson began his LP career in 1996 as a Quality Control Technician at the company’s Newberry, Michigan mill. Over nearly three decades with LP, he has held a range of senior manufacturing leadership roles, including Plant Manager, Senior Director of Regional Siding Manufacturing, and Vice President of Siding Manufacturing. In 2026, he was appointed Vice President, Manufacturing, overseeing operations across all North American Siding and OSB mills. Prior to joining LP, Johnson worked as a Quality Control Technician at Trus Joist MacMillan. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Wood Science from Michigan Technological University.

Mitch Kingston

Vice President,

Field Sales

Mitch Kingston joined LP in 2019 and has since held several key leadership positions, including Senior Director of Sales & Regional Marketing, Director of National Accounts & Prefinished, and Director of Sales & Regional Marketing (East Region). In 2025, he was promoted to Vice President of Field Sales. Prior to joining LP, Kingston held a variety of sales leadership roles at Mars Petcare and The Procter & Gamble Company, where he gained extensive experience in strategy, team development, and customer engagement. Kingston earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Xavier University and an MBA from Auburn University.

Jeremy Sellers

Vice President,

National Accounts

Jeremy Sellers joined LP in 2024 as Vice President of OSB Sales and Marketing and was appointed Vice President of National Accounts in 2025. He began his career at Wolf Home Products as a Building Products Sales Specialist and advanced through roles including Product Manager, Senior Sales Consultant, Channel Vice President of Sales for Multifamily and Homebuilding, Regional Vice President of Sales, and Senior Vice President of Sales. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Clarion University of Pennsylvania.

Jeff Yelle

Vice President,

Chief Information Officer

Since joining LP in 1996, Jeff Yelle has held several roles, including Siding Regional Quality Manager, Plant Manager, Siding Product and Process Development Manager, Corporate Quality Manager, Master Data Lead, IT Manager, IT Center of Excellence Director, and OSB Technology and Quality Director. In 2022, Yelle was appointed Vice President, Chief Information Officer, where he leads IT strategies to support LP’s business goals. Prior to LP, he served as a Quality Supervisor at Trus Joist MacMillan. Yelle earned his bachelor’s degree in Forest Products at the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Lipscomb University.
