_{Welcome to LP’s Celebrate America’s 250th with a Shed Promotion (“Promotion”), offering eligible Participants the chance to win a prize as outlined below.}

_{Participation in the Promotion is only available to individual legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, EXCLUDING RESIDENTS OF ALASKA, HAWAII, PUERTO RICO, AND ALL U.S. TERRITORIAL POSSESSIONS, and at least the age of majority or older in their state or jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry (“Participant”). The Promotion is void where prohibited and to the extent restricted by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Administrator and Sponsor, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates, suppliers, printers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies, (and their respective IRS dependents, immediate family members [parents, children, siblings and spouse]) and individuals residing in their same household (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win.}

_{These specifications, terms and conditions relating to the Promotion comprise the Official Promotion Rules (“Rules”) and shall govern and apply to all participation and activity arising out of and relating to the Promotion. Participant shall review these Rules which, by Participant’s participation and as a condition to claiming, redeeming, and using any Promotion prize, Participant agrees will govern all aspects of Participant’s relationship with the Promotion, Sponsor and Administrator. These Rules cannot be modified or superseded except by Sponsor, in his reasonable discretion. Participants acknowledge and agree that the Administrator is responsible for the Promotion excluding prize fulfillment and Administrator is responsible for fulfillment and delivery of the prize to the winner.}

_{between 12:01 a.m. Central Time (“CT”) on June 22, 2026 and 11:59 p.m. CT on July 22, 2026. Duplicate entries will be removed from the eligible entries prior to winner selection. No other methods of entry are permitted or accepted. Administrator’s computer time-clock is the official timekeeper for all Promotion purposes, and entries are not valid until actually received by Administrator’s computer.}

_{By participating, each Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to be bound by and accept these Rules, and the decisions of Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all respects. Limit one (1) entry per Participant and one (1) prize per Participant.}

_{PRIZE DRAWING: The prize winner will be selected by a random draw on or around July 29, 2026. The potential winner(s) will be notified by email at the address used for entry. If any notification or prize is returned as undeliverable or Sponsor or Administrator is not able to reach a potential winner within three (3) days, the potential winner will forfeit the prize in its entirety and another entry may be chosen as the alternate winner. Potential winners may be required to complete and return an affidavit of eligibility, liability release, publicity release (if not prohibited by law), and any other necessary documents, including any required tax documents within five (5) calendar days after notice is received or the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected as outlined above. Award of a prize and confirmation of a winner is contingent upon a potential winner’s qualification and compliance with these Official Rules. Odds of winning the Promotion depend on the number of eligible entries received.}

_{PRIZE AND CONSUMER DISCLOSURE: Details and qualifications for participation in this Promotion may apply. One (1) prize will be awarded. Winner will receive a prize consisting of one (1) 8’ x 8’ TUFF SHED Premier Classic Ranch style building and may add optional upgrades for no cost up to the $4,000 maximum prize value. Prize value is based on regular retail price, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount offer. The winner may choose to purchase additional options on the building, or may select an alternate model/size, up to the maximum prize value. Installation of some buildings may require additional costs, and prize value cannot be applied to cost of concrete, engineering fees, permits, or special case delivery fees (i.e. crane). If the winner selects an alternate building or additional options, and the value of that building or options exceeds the prize value, the winner can apply the prize value towards that configuration purchase price, but is responsible for the entire amount over the stated prize value. The winner must be able to take delivery of the grand prize within ninety (90) days of being confirmed as the winner. The grand prize value will be credited at the time of final invoice, and may not be used as a down payment on purchase if the value of the actual configuration exceeds the prize value. All costs and expenses not specifically included above are each winner’s sole responsibility, including all federal, state and local taxes, etc. No grand prize is redeemable for cash; nor is it transferable or substitutable except that Administrator may, at its sole discretion, substitute a prize or any component thereof with one of equal or greater value.}

_{OPERATION/LIABILITY LIMITS: If for any reason the Promotion, including the online portion, is not capable of running as planned, including disruptions caused by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other cause that corrupts, affects, or compromises the administration, security, fairness, integrity, proper conduct, or intended play of the Promotion, Sponsor and Administrator reserve the right at their sole discretion to disqualify any individual Sponsor or Administrator deems responsible and Sponsor and Administrator further reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Promotion, and substitute an appropriate alternate method of prize award selection. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator assumes responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries, including any erroneous appearance of qualification for a prize. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any problem or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or provider, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor or Administrator due to technical problems or traffic, or congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Promotion. Neither Administrator nor Sponsor is responsible for lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY ANY PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS PROMOTION OR REPRESENT THEMSELVES AS SOMEONE THEY ARE NOT IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Promotion entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical, mass-produced, or automated means are ineligible and will be disqualified. Administrator shall determine, in its sole discretion, whether an entry is generated by a script, macros, or other mechanical, mass-produced, or automated means.}

No cash redemptions or prize substitutions allowed except in Administrator and Sponsor’s sole discretion, and Administrator and Sponsor reserve the right to substitute the prize (or portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value should an advertised prize become unavailable or impractical for any reason. Winner must comply with these Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all such requirements. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use are the sole responsibility of winner. Prize is awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee other than Sponsor’s standard product warranty, either express or implied by Sponsor or Administrator. Any issues with the prize should be directed to the Sponsor. Winner shall bear all risks of loss or damage to a prize after it has been delivered. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR HEREBY DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTIBILITY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PURPOSE.}

_{PUBLICITY: By accepting a prize, winner grants to Sponsor and Administrator the right to print, publish, broadcast, and use worldwide in any media now known or hereinafter known the winner’s name, image, video, voice, biographical information, statement, picture, or other likeness, without additional review, notification or compensation, for public relations, advertising, trade, and promotional purposes as may be determined by Sponsor or Administrator, unless prohibited by law.}

_{GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, you accept and agree that (a) the Released Parties will have no liability whatsoever for technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Promotion or the awarding of prizes; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (c) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs; (d) all issues and questions concerning the Promotion or these Official Rules shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Tennessee, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules; (e) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved exclusively by the applicable United States District Court in Tennessee or the appropriate Tennessee State Court; (f) you agree to receive correspondences from Administrator and/or Sponsor regarding the Promotion or the awarding of prizes; and (g) if any provisions of these Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.}

_{Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate or suspend the Promotion should causes beyond his reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Promotion.}

_{LIABILITY RELEASE/INDEMNIFICATION: By participating, Participant agrees to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Sponsor, Administrator, related promotional retail partners and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, service agencies, independent contractors, and the officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of any of the above organizations (“Released Parties”) from any injury, loss or damage to person, including but not limited to death or property damage due in-whole or in-part, directly or indirectly by the acceptance, use, or misuse of a prize, participation in any Promotion-related activity or participation in the Promotion. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHAL SPONSOR, ADMINISTRATOR, OR THE RELEASED PARTIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED. Neither Administrator, Sponsor, nor the Released Parties are responsible for the inability of any entrant to accept the prize for any reason or for any issues relating to the delivery of the prize, delays, defects, damages, permit/HOA issues, or interruptions.}

_{PERSONAL INFORMATION/PRIVACY POLICY: Information collected from entrants will be used for the purposes of the Promotion and be subject to Administrator’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://lpcorp.com/privacy-policy. In the event of any discrepancy between the Administrator’s Privacy Policy and these Official Rules, these Official Rules shall control and govern. Entrant information may be automatically added to Sponsor’s and Administrator’s email databases. If you would like your name removed from Sponsor’s or Administrator’s email database, please call or email Sponsor or Administrator, respectively, and your name will be removed.}
